Description
Cody Griffin, DO, has extensive training in operative and non-operative management of spine disorders. He prides himself on being a conservative surgeon and only offers surgical intervention when all non-operative therapies have been exhausted. His surgical techniques consist of minimally invasive surgery, which involves smaller incisions to minimize soft tissue disruption, up to open surgery for the treatment of complex conditions such as scoliosis. He believes in motion sparing surgery, such as artificial disc replacements, and attempts alternatives to fusion when possible.
