Poor customer service

I used Adam Bunch for 3 years as my marketplace agent. I would not recommend him as an agent to fill out your documents or to return calls when questions arise, and trust me you will have questions. He screwed my policy up by canceling it and then not making it a point of importance so as to get me immediate coverage and it cost me $1000s in out of pocket expenses. His response was oh well I've got to many customers to keep up with and the Marketplace is just slow. He just doesn't seem to care anymore and only complains. So sad.
